meditating isn’t for everyone, but it does have life changing effects.
If you don’t meditate, I totally understand. Meditation is not for everyone… but what if I told you there was an awesome Youtube video that you could listen to while you sleep that would act as a meditation without ANY effort. Okay, you will need to go to Youtube on your computer or phone and put your headphones in before bed– but that is all!
You heard me right – there is a Youtube video sleep meditation by Kelly Howell called the Secret Universal Mind Meditation 1 that you can listen to while you do nothing at all except sleep. This recording is an hour long and is created with a technology called Brain Sync. Brain sync brainwave technology is the simplest and most affordable way to effectively tap in to your higher potential and directly unleash your creativity. That sounds like a mouthful and hard to believe about a recording that you listen to while you sleep – but I am TELLING you – it is a game changer that is effortless. Not only will you wake up feeling more rested but you will see a shift in your life.
I have been listening to this recording on and off for a couple of years. During this period, I have been able to see the difference in my life during the times I do listen to the Secret Universal Mind Meditation and the times I don’t. What are you waiting for? I am basically asking you to do nothing…….except listen to this recording while you sleep. Here is the video and insider tip: make sure you listen to the meditation video that is an hour long.
Note from Reb: I am not very good at active meditation, but this one truly changed my life. I have the first few minutes memorized, I have listened to it so many times. Try it, trust me. You can literally listen to it in your sleep.

December 10, 2020 at 9:39 am (4 years ago)Such an interesting concept. Meditation is already a pretty huge part of my life, and I utilize the Headspace app to help me fall asleep, but I’ve never thought of having something playing actually *while* I sleep. I’m intrigued!
