I have done extensive research on the best biker shorts with pockets over the past year! Last year during quarantine, I started walking a couple miles each day in different neighborhoods around Richmond. We live in a cul de sac and just walking up and down the street was just not doing it for me. So I would drive into Carytown, The Fan or Northside to get my stroll on. Because I wasn’t walking from home, pockets were essential to hold my phone, car keys, mask and card if I was going to stop for coffee or a drink on my walk.

I had been gifted the lululemon Fast & Free shorts and that is when I first fell in love with biker shorts with pockets. While I do think that lululemon makes the best quality activewear, the price point can be prohibitive. So, since I needed more then one pair (to avoid laundry, duhh), I tried the BALEAF High Waisted Shorts with Pockets from Amazon. For my walking purposes, they are just as good as more expensive pairs. If you can afford everything lululemon, good for you!! BUT, for those of us trying to save a little money where we can, these $20 Amazon shorts work just fine. Plus, they are high waisted and very flattering.
