Shape Soirée, is going to be a weekend for the Mind + Body + Heart, designed to inspire and shape the journey of your life.
To celebrate our upcoming Soirée, we got together with the brains behind the operation: Kelly + Ann Marie and of course, a little wine tasting. Mel Miller shared 3 wines with us to coincide with our Mind + Body + Heart theme. We drank Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc to represent the mind: crisp and easy drinking; First Colony’s Petite Verdot to represent Body, warm and complex; and Rondel Cava to represent the heart, as we always think of bubbly for special occasions.
We had so much fun with these ladies and are so excited to help bring Shape Soirée to Richmond. We will be hosting a Conscious Conversation about Self-Acceptance Through Personal Branding with talk about social media, blogging, meditating and of course a solid Q&A sesh.
