Life Happens, Pizza Helps

Because we’ve all had that day where the only solution is pizza.

HAPPY MONDAY!!! I am feeling uncharacteristically refreshed after a fabuloussss weekend.  Friday Dinner at Laura Lee’s for Richmond Restaurant Week; Saturday we saw RENT! and yesterday John and I spent the day doing some spring cleaning and yard work and it was surprisingly fun! I am especially proud of my front steps flower pots. 

Now I’m looking forward to the week ahead and there’s truly a lot to look forward to! Tonight we are going to a Virginia Athletic Foundation Event at the Jefferson where we’ll hear Tony Bennett, Kyle Guy and the new Athletic Director speak. Basically a UVA Basketball fan’s dream. (aka John + CW)  On Wednesday, John and I are taking 13 seniors to Washington, DC for an overnight trip as a part of his American Dream in Literature and Film Senior Seminar.  Museums and tourist fun galore!

ANDDDDD MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR US HERE AT TCP: Catherine’s birthday is Friday! I have loved 30 so far and I think that this is going to be our best year yet.  I know we say that every year, but this year I really, truly mean it.  I’m looking forward to celebrating with the birthday girl so be sure to follow along with us on insta-stories to see how we celebrate!

PS.  Has there ever been a more true saying on a shirt ever? Probably not. I get compliments every time I venture out in this tee for speaking the truth!
